“My experience was phenomenal with them”

We were out-of-state buyers looking for a vacation home/investment property in the PCB area of Florida.  From my initial contact online, to my first phone call (within an hour of my request), I was impressed with the service I received from both Kim and Bob.  They are a great team who bring different skills to help guide our looking at properties, scheduling and evaluating each place with pros and cons.  Because I was flying in for 36 hours to visit some properties, they did a great job of lining up viewings and working into the night (literally until nearly midnight as I was getting information and a revised schedule for the next day based on my day 1 research).  After I returned home and we made our decision, they took on the work of any on-site meetings and follow-up.  Not only were they super responsive (if they didn't get back to me in a few hours, they always sent a message saying when they would be available).  They took on more paperwork than I expected and was always available to explain the nuances of buying property out of state.  After closing, they even followed up with me and assisted me in some fixes at our property upon my first official visit with my family. 

My experience was phenomenal with them - and I can be very demanding at times - I can't recommend these two enough.  I would not hesitate to reach out if I'm ever looking to buy again.
